How fast is your support team in responding to issues?

Fast! If you email us you should get a responds within 30 minutes. If you give us a call you will speak to a live person. All of our support team is based in the USA.

 

How do I contact Dental-Backup.com if I have a service issue?

Can I restore my data to a different computer?

Yes. You will need to contact our support team but we can assist you in restoring your data. Because of HIPAA laws Dental-Backup.com cannot allow web restores without the assistance of our support team. This is a security protocol that helps protect your data.

 

How long is a Dental-Backup.com service subscription?

We have recently changed our view on our subscriptions.  We are now monthly, We like to keep all of our clients happy but if you are ever unhappy with our services please contact us at Support@Dental-Backup.com so we can address any issues.

 

Will I get a daily report of my backups?

Yes, upon request. Dental-Backup.com is a fully managed backup. We keep a watchful eye on your backups daily so you don’t have to worry about it but, if you would like us to send you a daily log just let us know. We would be happy to do this for you.
